We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from DW Packaging. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Return

• Items must be unopened and in their original condition.

• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. How to Return an Item

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
