Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, as outlined below.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for mainland UK orders placed before 2:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery Charge: All online orders under £150 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.99, otherwise free.

Please note: We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or the Islands.

4. Courier Service

We partner with DPD, a trusted and reliable courier, to ensure that your orders are delivered on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. DW Packaging is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact our customer service team at sales@dwpackaging.co.uk. We will work closely with DPD to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

At present, we only ship to mainland UK. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at sales@dwpackaging.co.uk for further assistance.
